New team members undergo rigorous training programs to ensure they are at the top tier in their field. Each new employee goes through local-level training as well as corporate Arthrex training. This training model has produced trustworthy product consultants.

Throughout employment, there are multiple opportunities to attend courses to sharpen skills, expand your knowledge base, and advance your company standing. Outside of our sales staff, we have a dedicated office team devoted to ensuring your success. This team helps with your training, contractual agreements with local facilities, shipping/logistics, finance, human resources, and more.
